Initial Appointment Paperwork
- When you book your first consultation, we send you an email containing a link to our consultation paperwork. You fill this in online and submit. Your details are then ready in our system for your appointment.
- When you receive the online link, if you have any questions, please give us a call and we are happy to help.
- If you do not have access to the internet, we can make an arrangement for you to come to the clinic early to fill in the paperwork by hand.
- Everyone coming to the clinic for the first time fills in this paperwork, even if you are coming to us under a GP Management Plan, or claiming through DVA or Workcover.
Our Waiting List
- We run a very active Waiting List. If you cannot get an appointment day or time that suits you, we put you on the Waiting List and call you if a relevant slot comes up.
How to Pay and Health Funds
- You can pay using your debit card or credit card, including American Express.
- Also you can use cash, if you prefer.
- If you have extras cover under a Health Fund, we can run your card through at the time of your appointment and you will need only to pay the gap.
Consultation Time
- We allow 40 minutes for every osteopathic appointment.
